Welcome sport lovers to the series of CALO GUIDE 101 For Beginners. In this series, we will provide you with all needed information so that you can get started on your own journey to improve your health and earn $FAT to join Challenge!

WHAT IS $FAT?
With the concept “Burn to Earn", $FAT you earn comes from the Calories you burn.
$Fat issued by sync in activities data into Calo App. When an activity is recorded, it means you burn calories. The more calories you burn, the more $FAT you earn.
$FAT you earn is a tremendous worth because it was born from your sweat and efforts. Earn $FAT is proof of your work-out efforts. You earn $FAT! You deserve all the rewards after all!
HOW TO EARN $FAT
1. Join Mission On Board
Earn $Fat has never been so easy like this way!!
Mission On Board is the way to Beginners join Calo App. There are 3 Mission On Board which are always available for Newbie to Sign in Calo App and have never joined these Missions.
Beginners only can join these Missions once. It will disappear when Missions are completed.

2. Join Daily Activities
Earning $FAT by participating in Daily Activities is an effective way. This mission is always available for Calo-er. And Calo-er can join in anytime.
Here is more information about Daily Activities:

- Metrics: Active Calories
- Conversion factor: 1 $FAT = 10 Active Calories
- Maximum $FAT per day: 30 $FAT = 300 Active Calories
*Note: For Beta and MVP, Daily Activities only accept Metrics from Running Activity.
